About the service

CrowdMe.One provides temporary browser sessions running in disposable virtual machines.

Customers purchase tokens containing session credits. One session credit starts one temporary computer session for up to 60 minutes.

Each session starts from a clean template. When the session ends, the temporary computer is deleted.

Privacy

CrowdMe.One is designed to collect as little information as possible.

• No user accounts are required.
• We do not store browsing history.
• We do not store session contents.
• We do not store downloaded files or user-created files from sessions.
• We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Access is controlled by tokens. We store a cryptographic hash of each token, remaining session credits, token type, and related timestamps.

Browser sessions run on temporary virtual machines. When the session ends, the temporary virtual machine is deleted.

CrowdMe.One itself does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. Our payment provider, Stripe, may use cookies when processing payments.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store payment card details.

After payment, the token is shown only once. You are responsible for saving the token in a safe place.

Refunds

If you experience a technical problem with the service, please contact us.

Unused tokens may be refunded at our discretion.

Once session credits have been used, the corresponding part of the service has been delivered and refunds are normally not available.

Limitations

Sessions are automatically terminated after a limited time.

The service is provided without any warranty or guarantee of availability.

You are responsible for how you use the service and for complying with applicable laws.

Downloads and local files inside a session disappear when the session ends.
